OUR FAVORITE RECIPES

Below are some of our favorite quick and easy recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! All of the ingredients needed can be found at Trader Joe's. Give them a try, and let us know what you think!

BREAKFAST RECIPE

Chocolate Almond Butter Overnight Oats

Want a quick, easy, delicious, AND healthy breakfast that you will dream about? Then, Chocolate Almond Butter Overnight Oats is the perfect meal for you!

What you need: 

- 1/2 of a Ripe Banana

- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats 

- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

- 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds

- 1 tsp. Cacao Powder

- 1 tbsp. Almond Butter 

- 1/2 scoop Protein Powder of your choice

- Drizzle of Honey 

- Dash of Cinnamon

- Handful of Frozen Blueberries

What to do: 

- In a Tupperware, mash up the banana and combine with the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, almond butter, protein powder, honey, and cinnamon. Cover the container and shake. Place in the fridge, and allow it to sit for at least 3 hours. 

- Once ready, top with frozen blueberries, honey, and cinnamon. 

- Enjoy your delicious breakfast!

LUNCH RECIPE

Pesto Cauliflower Gnocchi with Chicken Sausage

This classic Trader Joe's meal is so easy to make, yet it tastes like you're at a gourmet restaurant! It's perfect for a quick lunch in between classes!

What you need: 

- Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi 

- Trader Joe's Vegan Kale, Cashew, & Basil Pesto 

- Trader Joe's Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage

- Olive Oil

- Garlic Powder 

- Nutritional Yeast 

- Red Pepper Flakes

What to do: 

- Heat up olive oil in a pan 

- Add 1/2 a bag of Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi

- Season the gnocchi with garlic powder 

- While the gnocchi is cooking, cut chicken sausage into coins 

- Once the gnocchi is halfway cooked, place the chicken sausage in the pan 

- Once the gnocchi and chicken sausage are cooked through, add pesto to the pan

- Remove from pan and season with nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes 

- Enjoy your gourmet meal!

DINNER RECIPE

Chicken Gyoza Potstickers Stir-Fry

If you're craving an Asian-inspired meal, you MUST try this. This combination is perfect for an easy and tasty weeknight dinner! 

What you need: 

- Trader Joe's Chicken Gyoza Pot Stickers 

- Trader Joe's Stir-Fry Vegetables 

- Olive Oil 

- Trader Joe's Organic Coconut Aminos 

- Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

What to do: 

- Fill a pot with water and set on stove to high heat 

- Once boiling, add 6-7 chicken potstickers. Wait about 7 minutes 

- While waiting, place a pan on stovetop to medium-heat. Add oil and place 1 cup of veggie stir fry 

- Wait 4-5 minutes and stir occasionally 

- Once the time is up for the potstickers, add them to the stir fry 

- Add coconut aminos and allow to simmer

- After a minute, flip the potstickers and wait another minute

- Remove from heat and put on a plate 

- Sprinkle Everything But the Bagel Seasoning to taste 

- Enjoy your tasty meal!
